- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling
Instructions
- Melt the butter and combine with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Stir until well blended.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir everything together until fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls.
- Roll each cookie ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat them evenly.
- Place the coated balls back in the fridge to firm up completely.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze for longer shelf life.
