- 1–2 cups buffalo sauce
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Writing gel (for ghost eyes)
- Ghost-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a large plastic bag or bowl until the chicken is coated.
- Spread softened cream cheese in an even layer at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Evenly layer the buffalo chicken mixture over the cream cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the buffalo chicken layer.
- Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes and arrange them on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the dip is heated through.
- Use writing gel to draw eyes on each ghost.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or veggies.
