Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the ends of Brussels sprouts, remove any yellowed outer leaves, and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until the cut sides are golden brown and the edges are crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
