Bonjour, I’m Zaza. your partner in the kitchen.

French by birth and foodie by nature, that’s me.

I am a dilettante food writer and amateur photographer on this blog.

I started this blog to join the Daring Bakers. Every month, I loved making the Daring Bakers’ challenge. It was a great adventure to take on a new challenge and, at the same time, learn new techniques! I was so proud of myself when I accomplished each challenge.

I’m addicted to cookbooks and cooking magazines. I enjoy cooking new recipes and am passionate about blogging simple and delicious meals.

My daughter and my son love helping me and tasting new recipes. We have a lot of fun in our kitchen.

The Random Things

  • I love starting my day with a coffee latte.
  • My favorite place: Le Café de la Madeleine in Paris.

From My Kitchen to Yours

At ZazaCook, you’ll find recipes that are simple, approachable, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a cozy weeknight dinner, a fun baking project, or a quick breakfast idea, I create recipes that are easy to follow and made with ingredients you likely already have at home.

You don’t need to be a professional chef to make something amazing. My goal is to help you cook with confidence, one delicious recipe at a time. Each recipe comes with step-by-step instructions, and I include helpful tips to make sure your results are just right.

Some recipes are quick and light, others are rich and indulgent—because there’s room for all kinds of meals in my kitchen. Whether you’re feeding your family or treating yourself, I hope ZazaCook inspires you to try something new and have fun doing it.
